Consultancy Services
The consultancy team specialises in the design, procurement, tendering and project management of new or refurbished sports facilities. The complexities of modern sports pitches and infrastructure, combined with a plethora of evolving standards, means independent expert advice should be sought during all phases of construction. It is a big decision to employ an independent consultant, but we offer an efficient, cost-effective, turnkey design and an advisory service to support clients through all stages of the process. We can assist with every step — from site feasibility studies to technical drawings, and grant aid to contract supervision. We take the pressure off you and take on the full responsibility of a contract to navigate the complexities for you.
Competition Delivery
From domestic competition delivery in leagues and cups to international competitions for both club and country ProPitch have the experience, knowledge and history of delivery success. We are present in four continents to make sure we can support you in delivering the best pitches for your competitions. Our tools allow differing stakeholders permission to view pitch performance and development where league bodies can see all venues and local ground staff can see only their venues. We have the most developed and interactive pitch management tool for surface testing.

Pitch Testing
These descriptions are intended to give an overview of the test processes involved for each testing method using the Propitch System. The tests are divided into three sections: playing quality, construction and herbage (grass quality). They are conducted using both specialist equipment and experienced visual assessments. The scores of each test are aggregated and a 'star' rating from 1 to 5 is given to the pitch quality on the day of testing.
Equipment
Our equipment is developed and used by testing engineers who use it for FIFA / IRB / FIH type testing. For this reason, it is easy to transport, use and maintain. We pride ourselves in sourcing and manufacturing our equipment locally at our UK Headquarters in Livingston, Scotland. We are constantly developing our equipment to take account of new standards and our own research and development. We provide flexible solutions to pitch management through offering a range of packages: from introductory kits through to kits for elite level venues and clubs.

“Tottenham hotspur have been engaged with ProPitch and Sports Labs since 2019. Initially using the services of Sports Labs to test the quality of our artificial pitch at the stadium used for the NFL games. We continue to work with Sports Labs on the NFL surface and are actively engaged in a process of continual improvement of artificial surface across our estate (Stadium and Training ground). Sports Labs bring an unrivalled level of expertise and knowledge, a exceptional level of project management and attention to detail. We have found the team actively involved and responsive to all the challenges the project has precented.
Further to our work with Sports Labs, Tottenham Hotspur are also working with ProPitch to provide pitch assessments at both the Stadium and training ground, we benefit from both having our won ProPitch test kit and also independent assessment undertake by ProPitch staff. We also utilize the ProPitch Match day report template to provide pitch information to our ground staff, coaches and management team prior to all home matches. The system is excellent and provides a valuable insight to the playing surfaces used by the club.
Our relationship with ProPitch and Sports Labs is excellent and the club recently signed an ongoing consultancy agreement for the company to become our official Club Specialist Sports Surface Testing and Consultancy partners.”
